TO ORDER
Order via internet: www.urbansurvival.nl The internet site is the way to order. Easy for you and the orders are processed quickly. You can view and select the articles. The minimum order value is € 25.00.

PAYMENT
Choose the payment method that you find most convenient!
Shipping and insurance costs: For all orders we charge € 7.00 (NL), € 8.50 (BE) for shipping costs. Urban Survival BV bears the risk of damage or loss of your package during shipment.
Minimum order amount: For orders of less than € 25, a surcharge of € 8 will be charged.
Payment options:
Payment by iDeal.
Payment by Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, MisterCash and VPay.
Prepayment by bank or giro: You can transfer the amount due to Rabobank account NL31 RABO 0107 9727 19 in the name of. Urban Survival in Veldhoven.

DELIVERY
When do you want what to be delivered where?
Delivery time: Your order will be delivered in 3 – 10 working days if the items are in stock. If an ordered item is not immediately available from stock, we will inform you about the expected delivery time.
PO box addresses: Orders cannot be delivered to PO box addresses by our carrier. Therefore, always provide a street address with your order.
Short delivery: Despite all the care we take with orders, it is possible that an order is not delivered or is delivered incompletely. In that case, you can report this to us up to 5 days after receipt and the delivery will be supplemented or redone at our expense.
SERVICE
Right of return: Items ordered at Urban Survival BV are sent at sight within 14 working days. The trial period starts on the day following the day of delivery. You therefore have two weeks from delivery to decide whether you want to keep your package or not. Only items that are unused, in original, undamaged packaging and with a copy of the invoice are returned by us as not ordered. The amount excluding shipping and cash on delivery costs will then be refunded as soon as possible.
A number of articles are excluded from the return right for various reasons (see general terms and conditions, article 7.4).
SPARE PARTS
You can also contact Urban Survival BV for spare parts. You can send the order to Urban Survival by post or e-mail. Provide the device, brand and type number and an accurate description of the parts required. This will then be sent to you within 4 to 6 weeks. These orders are excluded from the right of return.
GUARANTEE
Urban Survival BV guarantees that a warranty period of 12 months applies to all articles it supplies. The invoice date is the starting date of the warranty. If the warranty mentioned above applies and the item shows a defect, we are obliged to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time after you have reported the defect and sent the item with a copy of the invoice. The warranty lapses if the buyer causes the damage due to improper handling of the item, which is at the discretion of Urban Survival BV (see general terms and conditions, article 8).
