At Zapas Knives, it all started in a humble garage, inspired by a YouTube video about knife making. What began as a DIY project in 2016 quickly grew into a passion for full-time knife crafting. Daniel, the founder, embarked on his adventure by making his first knives and expanded his skills with each new project. The success eventually led to the opening of an online store to keep up with the growing demand.

The Team

Zapas Knives is not just Daniel's work. The team also includes Janek, a talented knife maker and accountant, who combines his skills in both paperwork and grinding. Szymon, an experienced technologist, brings his expertise in electrical and electronic technology to the company. Together, they form a small but dedicated team focused on creating high-quality knives.
