Tasmanian Tiger has the required rucksack for every use and every type of back. Here, the carrying system plays a central role, since it must be aligned to the specific requirements and especially to the person carrying it.
High-end carrying system for heavy loads. The X1 System was developed specifically for heavy loads. It works based on a system that is as simple as it is ingenious:
Two ergonomically shaped, crossed aluminium bars in framechannels (1) transfer part of the carrying load laterally to the specially padded hip strap (2) and distribute the load from the back to the hips. The anatomically positioned, ultra-comfortable hipstrap consists of a multilayered hip fin with a reinforcement panel in PE. The belt strap (3) makes it easier to tighten and set in position. A rubberised lumbar pad (4) between the hipfins prevents the backpack from slipping. A short, anatomically shaped aluminium rod (5) behind it guarantees the optimum fit. The back padding (6) above it is ultra-concave in shape, sewn into chambers for better ventilation, and rests perfectly against the back with its generous technical padding. The load control straps (7) can be partially attached in two different positions for optimum setting. Soft, ergonomically shaped shoulder straps (8) with height-adjustment (9) increase the level of comfort. The lid is also height-adjustable (10).

Size-adjustable carrying system for medium to heavy loads.
Two aluminium bars (1) forming an inverted „V“ plus two short fibreglass reinforced bars for additional support form the central static unit. The two fibreglass reinforced bars (2) lead from the inner aluminium frame channels laterally into the hip wings (3). The dimensions and arrangement of these reinforced bars result in an excellent combination of efficient load transmission and system flexibility. Three-part ergonomically shaped hip strap consists of a central lumbar pad with a rubberised insert (4) to prevent the backpack from slipping, and two conically shaped hip wings. They have several layers of comfortable padding, are reinforced with a PE panel and can easily be tightened using a belt strap. (5) The technical back padding (6) consists of a number of chambers, and is conically shaped to ensure the optimum position and contact with the backpack. The load control straps (7) can be fastened in two different positions, allowing for precise adjustment. Comfortable shoulder straps (8) offer the possibility of height-adjustment (9). The lid is also height-adjustable (10).

Size-adjustable carrying system for medium to heavy loads. The V2 Plus Carrying System has a high contact point on the back panel that offers a tremendous range when adjusting the back length. Backpacks with this system also have a detachable hip strap, which means they can also be carried with fully-packed waistcoats and chest rigs – the broad, ergonomically shaped shoulder straps make sure they are still comfortable to wear. The detachable hip strap can also be worn separately as a „warrior belt“.
Two V-shaped aluminium rods (1) guide the force directly into the reinforced hip strap. The three-part ergonomically shaped hip strap consists of a lumbar pad with a rubberised insert (2) to prevent the backpack from slipping, and two conically shaped hip wings (3). They have several layers of padding and are reinforced with a PE plate. The hip strap is easy to tighten using the belt strap (4). The back padding (5) is concave and sewn into chambers to provide pleasant ventilation. The height of the wide, ergonomically shaped shoulder straps is adjustable (6), and together with the load control straps (7) ensure a close, firm fit of the backpack. The hook-and-loop-attached lumbar padding can be removed when required, in which case the system‘s aluminium rods – which are normally secured in the hip strap – are secured in band flaps. This makes it even easier to pull the rods out from the bottom when required.

The lightweight, thermoformed back is ergonomically divided (1) and snuggles against the body. The technical foam (2) also saves backpack weight and is due to the smooth surface (3) very easy to clean.

The carrying system has an ergonomically shaped back padding (1) with ventilation zones (2) and can feature air-permeable mesh covers. A removable PP back panel with an aluminum rail that can be individually adjusted to the back provides stability and high wearing comfort, especially when the backpack is loaded with more weight. Together with ergonomically padded shoulder straps (3), an adjustable chest strap (4) and a hip belt (5), the system provides a snug fit on the back. The hip belt is designed differently on different backpack models.

Perfect ventilation and extremely light weight. The X-Vent Zero Plus Carrying System combines excellent ventilation and a lightweight construction with adjustable fitting options.
Two fiberglass rods are attached in an X-shape (1) to the back of the pack and provide, together with the integrated hip belt, the supporting structure of the pack (2).Two additional fiberglass rods (3) transfer the load to the anatomically shaped, ventilated hip belt (4). The open space created by the supporting structure (5) results in an extremely large ventilation zone. The system allows for the tension of the X-shaped fiberglass rods to be adjusted (6), which varies the distance of the load to the back – changing also the center of gravity of the load.
